Sevices are provided as a required work needed to complete any of our products for successfull creation, adaptation, publishing or broadcasting. Before the start of the services the following terms are to be agreed upon:

• number of scenes / schemes to be created;

This step is obligatory for Virtual Replays, Web Casting, 3d Drill Viewer and TV Clips. For Chalkboard and Tactics Animator this step is not applicable.

• schedule of production, publishing and broadcasting;

• specific features of the application;

• ways of getting input information;

Web Products Services

SportFlashback provides all services needed for publishing Web Products on the website. They include:

• Delivery of an end-user application based on Macromedia Shockwave technology to be embedded into a web page. The application may be customized according to the design style of the target website and exact customer's needs.

• Delivery of the administration interface to manage the application content database. The interface can be based on any suitable technology (Pearl, PHP, Java script, ASP etc) to meet the website’s technical requirements. This step is applicable only for Virtual Replays and 3d Drill Viewer.

• Production and delivery of 3D scenes of high quality and with a high degree of accuracy, according to the terms of the contract. All viewable content consists of predefined (and installed on the server) data such as 3D models, animations, textures, scheme configuration data and other features.

Preparation period includes:

1. Definition of general terms of services
2. Definition of the exact procedure of scene/scheme publishing
3. Adaptation of the application and upload system to specific features and customer's requirements
4. Installation of the application and upload system on the customer's server

TV Products Services

SportFlashback provide the following services needed to complete the production of TV Products:

Production and delivery of 3D scenes of high quality and with a high degree of accuracy, according to the terms of the contract.
